Before submitting a return request, please note that we only accept returns for items with physical defects. For complete policy details, please review our Refund Policy.

Return Process

  1. Email returns@barklyandco.com with the following information:
    • Order number
    • Items you wish to return
    • Description of the physical defect
    • Your preferred outcome (exchange or store credit)
    • Your contact details
  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours with:
    • Return approval or rejection
    • Return shipping instructions if approved
    • Any additional information required
  3. If approved, carefully package your items:
    • Original tags must remain attached
    • Items must be in original, as-sold condition
    • Pack securely to prevent damage during transit
  4. Ship your return:
    • Use a trackable shipping service
    • Insurance is recommended
    • Keep proof of posting
    • Return shipping costs are your responsibility

Important Notes

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Sale items are not eligible for returns
  • Limited Edition items are eligible for store credit only
  • Returns shipped without prior approval will not be processed
  • Processing time is 3-5 business days after receipt
