- Please ensure you choose carefully as we do not allow exchanges if you decide to change your mind.
- Returns and refunds are only eligible where there is a physical defect to the received item. Please ensure you contact us if you have received an item with a defect.
- Exchanges are available within 30 days of receiving your original order.
- Sale items are not eligible for exchange.
- Limited Edition items are not suitable for exchanges. Where required, store credit will be applied.
- All goods will be inspected on return. Any original tags/labels MUST be attached to the garment being exchanged. Failure to do so will result in your return not being accepted. All goods must be in as sold condition with no marks, stretches, or damage.
- Lodge your Return via the Lodge a Return page. Onece lodged you'll receive a confirmation email. We will provide an approval or rejection email within 48 hours advising you of the next steps.
- The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, ensure it's packed properly and is unable to get damaged on the way. Make sure you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the items you are returning or obtain proof of posting.
- We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
- Timeframe: Once we receive your return, it usually takes 3-5 business days to process, once processed we then ship out the exchange (timeframe on shipping depends on your location)
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We always recommend using a trackable postal service when returning items to us, in case of the unlikely event we do not receive it.
Please do not ship any items to us without an approved return request. Any items shipped to us without an approved return request will not be processed.
